Good news for wealthy property owners in Mallorca.
Mallorca's new government has approved the budget for 2024.
In the case of wealth tax, the tax-free amount will be significantly increased from 700,000 euros to three million euros.
This amount can be accumulated if several parties (e.g. family members, partners, etc.) jointly own a property.
This new incentive will continue to attract people from all over the world to Mallorca as a high-quality place to live.
